How do you make your money?
TeleBright is free to our customers. TeleBright receives a commission from the service providers for each sale. We do not in any way try to steer customers to buy one plan instead of another. We want you to choose the plan that is right for you by giving you all of the information you need in order to make the right choice.
How do I make a purchase once I find a service I like?
Once you find a service or plan you would like to purchase, simply click on the Shopping Cart
image. If you have not already registered for a free TeleBright account, you will be asked to register.
Once you have submitted your purchase, we will contact you via E-mail to confirm your order.
Additionally, we will E-mail you with your order status throughout the ordering process.
You can also check the status of your order online in the Order Status page in My Account.
When the order has been processed, we will check in with you after 90 days to make sure you are
satisfied with your selection. Learn more about our Customer Service Commitment Guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your service purchased through our website, we guarantee we will find you a plan that satisfies your needs and we will pay the appropriate switching fees.

Will I get a bill from TeleBright?
You will get your bills directly from the service provider you choose, not from TeleBright.
How will I know when my service will be switched?
TeleBright will E-mail you the status of your order throughout the entire ordering process. You will be E-mailed once your new service has been activated. Additionally, you can check the status of your order on the TeleBright website on the Order Status page in My Account.
Do you have the most current rates?
We recognize the importance of offering the most competitive rates and TeleBright updates them daily. We are closely integrated with the service providers listed on our website and our Tariff Analysis Staff makes sure that we have the most current rates available anywhere.
How do you decide what service providers to feature on your site?
TeleBright undertakes a rigorous search to find the best telecom companies from which you can choose. The service providers go through a screening process before they are added to the site and the compilation of the providers are representative of the available telecom market in your area. Every attempt has been made to ensure you have many choices-from the larger, well-known companies to the smaller and sometimes more competitive companies.
