Position Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a Customer Service representative
with excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities will
include the following:
Help develop and execute the ordering process for telecommunication
services including interfacing with suppliers and customers
Work with company programmers to develop a tracking process for
supplier services
Assist Accounting department in commission reconciliation with suppliers
Support customers with product and supplier questions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding of telecommunications products and services
2 to 3 years of customer service experience
Excellent communications and organizational skills
Ability to work in a start up environment
Must be able to manage multiple projects

Rate Entry Analyst
Position Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual will be responsible for managing the
process of telecommunication tariff and rate entry. Must have excellent communications
and organizational skills with the ability to interface with our programmers and
telecom suppliers. Responsibilities include:
Define a winning strategy for tracking and measuring new marketing
campaigns.
Understand and input telecommunication rates from major suppliers
Assist in customer care situations with respect to telecom plans, pricing
and promotions
Responsible for reports to track the performance of customers and
visitors site interaction and communicate information to relevant team
members and suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and/or knowledge of Long Distance, Local, Wireless, DSL and
Internet Access services. An eagerness to work hard in a fast-paced start-up environment
is essential. This role demands extensive knowledge of telecommunication rates

the Marketing Analyst will be a key player within the Marketing team. Main areas
of responsibility for this position include:

mail houses, design firms and agencies.
Create measurement tools for customer acquisition and retention
programs.
Manage the fulfillment process for marketing promotions.
